David's Asphalt is a family owned infrastructure development company operating in South Florida. David's Asphalt Inc. is licensed, insured, and possess bonding capabilities of up to 2 Million per project/ project segment. Primarily, David's Asphalt Inc. specializes in Asphalt Paving, Municipalities Infrastructure Development, Grading, Sub-Grading, Clearing and Grubbing, Concrete, Excavation of Commercial and Residential Drive Ways, Striping and Thermoplastic Striping, Project Logistics, and Trucking. David's Asphalt was established in the year 2005. David Holley Sr. is the President and Principal Engineer and has served the South Florida area as an Infrastructure Development Engineer for over 40 years. Backed by a team of Construction Management professional, David's Asphalt employs Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) processes, Lean Manufacturing, PMBOK knowledge areas, and process groups.
Along with the late "Big John" Carroll of the Carroll Paving Company, David's Asphalt Inc. was established to serve Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach county. Big John Carroll was one of Florida's first paving contractors and the first Minority Asphalt Paving Contractor in the State of Florida. As Big John Carroll and Carroll Paving Company approached the harvest state of its business lifecycle, David's Asphalt was born.
